Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and may vary by location and carrier conditions.

• Small items: 2–5 business days
  
• Large items: 4–10 business days

Shipping Rates
We offer standard shipping on most orders unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some remote or island areas may be excluded.

Delivery Method
Standard delivery is curbside delivery (to the curb or building entrance).
We do not offer in-home delivery, upstairs delivery, or assembly unless explicitly stated.

For oversized items, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Missed appointments may result in additional fees.

Tracking & Notifications
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
Tracking details will be sent once your order ships and may take 24 - 48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once an order is in transit.
Direct Wicker is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Self-Pickup (By Appointment)
Self-pickup is available at our California or Florida centers by appointment only (Weekdays, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM).
